Signs of Our Times opens on Saturday September 13, 2008
Opening Reception at the Studio from 4:00 - 9:00 pm

This exhibit explores the methods of doing history by reading the material culture, geological history, and sound and landscapes of Southern California over time. This exhibit includes:

a 50' Timeline documenting change over time;

Wall of Community--a wall of My Neighborhood Entries showing the complexity of contemporary communities in Southern California;

the LA Women Community Quilt--back by popular demand and re-vamped to include recent contributions to the quilt.
